Waterjet
5' x 10' Cutting Plane
$192/hour
- The waterjet is a reliable tool utilized for producing parts of heavy thickness, artwork, gate inserts, and parts that require premium accuracy. It is more expensive than any other machine in our shops, but the absolute best in finished quality and able to pierce 1/4″ / 0.250″ and thicker without wear and tear on the machine, while still producing edges smooth enough to run your finger across. For artwork and thicker jobs, the Water-jet is our go-to. For standard parts, the Router Tables can be heard whirring all day long in our shops.
 - Accuracy: Extremely High (Nozzle Diameter 0.015″)
 - Edge Result: Excellent – Smooth
 - Typical Uses: Artwork, Signs, Parts with Small Holes, Heavy Duty Steel Parts, Thick Parts, etc.
 - Power: Can pierce over 6″ thick metal
 - Materials: Aluminum or Steel

Router Tables (x2)
Table #1: 6' x 10' | Table #2: ~8' x 30'
$143/hour
- Our Router tables are for those everyday material cut jobs (Typically up to 3/16″ / 0.187″). Our tables are running constantly, everyday. Recently, we’ve expanded one of our tables to a whopping 30′ x 6′ Cutting Plane to better produce Boat Hulls. The routers are a reliable tool utilized for producing our own parts as well as customer parts. It is cheaper than the water-jet on average, but a minor step-down in finished quality and unable to pierce 1/4″ / 0.250″ and thicker without multiple passes. For artwork and thicker jobs, the Water-jet is our go-to. For standard parts, the Router Tables can be heard whirring all day long in our shops.
 - Accuracy: High
 - Edge Result: Good
 - Typical Uses: High Quantity Parts, Thin Parts, Fabrication Components, Lexan Barriers, Plastic, etc.
 - Power: Up to 0.250″ Aluminum
 - Materials: Aluminum or Lexan (Plastic)
 - Not great for parts with small holes. Minimum hole size or distance between two points is 0.195″

Plasma Table
6' x 12'
$143/hour
- Our CNC Plasma table is great for those cut jobs that do not require perfect accuracy or smooth edges. The plasma is a powerful table usually utilized for pumping out steel components or components intended to be powder-coated upon completion. It is cheaper than the water-jet on average, but a noticeable step-down in finished quality.
 - Accuracy: Medium-High
 - Edge Result: Rough
 - Typical Uses: Heavy Duty parts that are not concerned with aesthetic finish or edge quality
 - Power: Up to ~1.00″ Thick
 - Materials: Aluminum or Steel
 - Plasma head can spew metal slag over pieces it is cutting. This slag can be left as-is if the appearance is not a concern, or, it can be cleaned up at additional costs. If edge quality or appearance is a priority, the Waterjet is recommended.
